How do I know if I will receive a paper ticket or electronic ticket?
When booking online you will receive an email confirmation from one of our Online Consultants, with either with a web link to your e-ticket, or notification that a paper ticket has been dispatched to the address provided in the booking. When booking by email or over the phone, your consultant will advise at the time of confirmation whether or not your booking is eligible for e-ticketing. If it isn't, then a paper ticket will be arranged for you.

When will I receive my tickets?
Wherever possible, electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be issued with details sent to you by email. When this is not possible, we will dispatch a paper ticket to you by Express Post within Australia. For urgent departures we will arrange a ticket to be issued for collection at the airport, which will incur an additional fee. If you have not received your travel documents, please contact us no later than two working days prior to travel.
