Who issues my tickets?
Your tickets are issued from our Travel Centre in Sydney

When are they issued?
Normally 10 days prior to your departure date.

How are they sent to me?
By post, to the delivery address you specify, unless we make other arrangements with you.

What if I book late?
Not a problem. If you book within 10 days of your departure date we can arrange:
  • Special delivery of your tickets*
Will I receive any other form of written confirmation of my booking? Yes, once we've taken your booking, we'll confirm it in writing by post or e-mail within 24 hours.

* Special delivery charges are extra, but we will advise you of these costs.
